We at Wellness 414, Shining Wellness LLC, Ignite Wellness LLC, and Body Contouring LLC are working to make our site wellness414.com accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content 

At Wellness414, we are committed to creating an accessible and inclusive online experience. While we work to ensure our own website content meets accessibility standards, some areas of our site rely on content and functionality provided by third parties.

  • Partner Businesses: As part of our collective, we share information about and links to other independently operated businesses. Because these businesses manage their own websites and services, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of their content.

  • Third-Party Tools: Our site uses external platforms to provide services such as online booking and credit card processing. While we select providers that strive for accessibility, these tools are managed outside of our control.

Due to these factors, certain pages on our site may not fully comply with accessibility standards. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these areas.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization 

At Wellness414, we want every guest to feel welcome, comfortable, and supported from the moment they arrive.

  • Parking & Arrival: Accessible parking spaces are available directly outside the building entrance. The pathway from the lot to our door is level and wheelchair-friendly. Public transportation stops are also located nearby for easy access.

  • Entrance & Facilities: Our office is located on the ground floor with no steps, and the entryway is wide enough for wheelchairs and mobility devices. Restrooms in the building include an accessible stall.

  • Inside Our Space: Treatment rooms are arranged with accessibility in mind, with ample space to maneuver and adjustable treatment tables to support individual needs.

  • Additional Support: If you require assistance upon arrival (such as opening doors or adjusting furniture), our staff will be happy to help.
