1. Service-Based Business

 

Wellness414 Collective is a service-based business. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Our work is based on time, skill, and personalized care, and we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences. Please reach out if you ever have concerns—we’re here to support you.

2. Booking & Appointments

 

• Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed via our online system or directly with a team member.

• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee.

• Arriving late will shorten the duration of your service out of respect for the next client.

3. Client Responsibility

​

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate health and personal information before services.

• Informing your practitioner of any allergies, discomfort, injuries, or concerns.

• Following aftercare recommendations for best results.

 

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence, or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for staff or other clients. If service is terminated for inappropriate behavior fees will apply, please read our booking policies for details.

4. Gift Cards, Packages and Loyalty Referral Cards

 

• Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable.

• They may be transferred to another person but may not be redeemed for cash.

• Expiration dates on Loyalty Cards, if listed, apply.

• Loyalty Referral Cards are one time use only and are for New Clients only

5. Terms for Collective Members & Partner Businesses

 

Businesses that join the Wellness414 Collective agree to uphold the values of collaboration, integrity, and heart-centered service. As part of our community, you commit to:

• Providing services that align with holistic and client-centered wellness.

• Maintaining all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance relevant to your practice.

• Acting in a way that supports a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.

• Participating in occasional collaborative marketing, events, or community initiatives as agreed upon.

• Respecting shared space, booking systems, and common resources, if applicable.

 

Please note: While we proudly collaborate for promotional and community-building purposes, each business within the Wellness414 Collective operates independently. Wellness414 is not legally liable or financially responsible for the operations, services, or claims of any individual business partner. Clients, vendors, and third parties must contact each business directly regarding their services, policies, or concerns.

Wellness414 reserves the right to end partnerships or revoke access to the collective if these values or guidelines are violated in a way that disrupts the safety, harmony, or mission of our community.

6. Product Sales Terms

 

Purchasing retail products through Wellness414 (in-person or online), please review the following terms:

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase with photos and a receipt to be eligible for replacement or store credit.

• No refunds will be issued for opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

• Local pickup or shipping options will be clearly noted at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
