What should I do before my session?

Why do we take First & Then Photos every session?

Why can’t I have my glass of wine, morning coffee, or sugar before/after my session?
Your body has a limited capacity for processing what it takes in—and when it’s busy metabolizing alcohol, caffeine, or sugar, it can’t focus on flushing out the fat cells released during your body contouring treatment. These substances can slow lymphatic drainage and reduce your results. Supporting your body’s natural detox systems by limiting these items helps you get the most out of your sessions!
If you’re caffeine-dependent, please don’t quit cold turkey—that can lead to headaches and fatigue. Instead, we recommend gradually weaning yourself down leading up to your session to support your body gently and effectively. Small changes make a big impact on your results!
Do I really need to drink that much water?
YES! Your body is like an ocean—it needs to stay refreshed and flowing. Proper hydration helps your lymphatic system flush out the broken-down fat cells released during body contouring. For the best results, doing your part by meeting your water intake goals is essential. Think of water as your body's natural detox partner in this process! You can do it! Buy some fresh mint or or fruit to add to your water to make it more fun if you like.
