Refund Policy

The Wellness 414 Collective — including Shining Wellness LLC, Body Contouring LLC, and Ignite Wellness LLC — maintains a no-refund policy for all services rendered.

Once a payment has been processed, no cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, a business credit may be offered at the discretion of the individual LLC and must be used within a specified timeframe or the credit will be voided.

Refunds and business credits are not offered but may be reviewed on an individual basis.
