🌿 Who We’re Hiring
Ignite Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, professional massage therapists to join our team. Our focus is bringing on-site chair massage and wellness experiences to workplaces and events throughout the Milwaukee area.

Yes we are hiring Yoga &Meditation or Mat Pilates Instructors too!
We’re seeking Professionals who are:

Passionate about wellness, stress relief, and supporting client wellbeing

Flexible and comfortable with event-style scheduling (setups, varied locations, group settings)

🪷 Job Duties
As part of the Ignite Wellness team, you will:
-
Provide on-site services of one or more of the following based on education, licensing and needs of client : chair massage, yoga, meditation, breathing, Pilates mat classes — at corporate offices, health fairs, private events, and community gatherings

Represent Ignite Wellness with professionalism, warmth, and care
-
Set up and break down of equipment for each event (all equipment provided)

Educate clients and guests about the benefits of teachings and relevant wellness practices
-
Support our Wellness Talks program by assisting or leading short wellness topics (breathwork, posture tips, stress management, etc.) if desired
-
Maintain current Wisconsin licensing and professional liability insurance
✨ Compensation
-
Commission: 50% of the service rate
-
Tips: You keep 100% of client gratuities
-
Average Pay: $60/hour + full tips (for standard $120/hr sessions)
-
Discount Policy: If a client uses a discount, it does not reduce your pay — the business covers the difference.

Extras: Consistent weekly positions of 2 - 6 hour shifts. Opportunities to work at fun and meaningful community and corporate events, and the support of a growing wellness brand.

Employee status so you don't have to stress about taxes. Independent Contractor position available to those with registered LLC's.
